Stormwater
MMTG's stormwater system designs utilize
Best Management Practices (BMP) to
effectively collect and control runoff from
developed areas. Our engineers have
extensive experience in designing detention
& retention facilities capable of safely
passing the runoff generated by 2-year,
10-year, 25-year, and 100-year storms. We
design conveyance systems, stormwater basins
and treatment of runoff from impervious
surfaces, meeting all State, Federal, and
local regulations.
Strong consideration is given to maintaining
a high quality of water while reducing the
potential for harmful affects to the
environment. Outlets to all basins are
designed to minimize potential for erosion
and sediment transport. MMTGC carefully
designs stormwater systems, applying both
standard and innovative technologies,
resulting in water quality improvements and
minimized rate of runoff from existing, new
or proposed developments.
Wastewater
MMTGC combines site investigations with site
planning to design Individual Sewage
Disposal Systems (ISDS’s), Municipality
Sewer Collection System tie-ins, and sewage
treatment facilities to properly handle and
dispose of wastes from any type of facility.
MMTGC is skilled in designing ISDS’s with a
variety of alternative technologies which
pre-treat the effluent prior to its
introduction into the surrounding ecosystem,
pressurized systems, stepped systems for
sites with steep slopes, systems for small
lots, systems for lots with freshwater
wetlands, and systems along the coast-line.
MMTGC has experience designing wastewater
systems for small and large residential
subdivisions, commercial subdivisions, and
municipality sewer system investigations and
designs. NE&C strives to design economical
and functional wastewater systems while
preserving the environment’s natural
elements.
